This editor is no longer mildly interested in "cutting slack" to local "Hogs at The Trough" like Greg Bruce(UMC),Lee Ann DUMB(auld) or Kent "dumocrap" Hance. UMC,City and Texas Tech are the most wasteful,arrogant a-hole operations in Lubbock County. Clowns like Greg Bruce,Lee Ann DUMB and Kent "dumocrap" have proven that they are nothing more than "bloodsucking leeches" and that's being kind. "Fatboy" Greg Bruce has proven this year he's "one fat joke" at UMC and his gestapo-type agent named Dennis Kelley bring new meaning to then term creep or puke. Kent Hance at Texas Tech has become as offensive as a "damn ex-dumocrap" could be and Lee Ann DUMB at city hall is as obnoxious as Patti Jones at the county. Lubbock government has become infested with "inferior beings" like Bruce,Hance and DUMB and voters/taxpayers deserve better.

BREAKING NEWS! Slaughter At Ft.Hood

BREAKING NEWS!

FORT HOOD, Texas(AP) – An Army officer opened fire Thursday with two handguns at the Fort Hood military base in an attack that left 12 people dead and 31 wounded. Authorities killed the gunman and apprehended two other soldiers in what appears to be the worst mass shooting at a U.S. military base.

Ft.Hood has suffered the worst "killing spree" on a military base in history. The fella's name is Hasan and was a licensed medical professional. Shooter was killed.

UPDATE

Shooter was only wounded and military says "his death is NOT imminent". Shooter was scheduled to be sent overseas.

UMC/PNS to do on-demand abortions at clinics

LCR EXCLUSIVE!!

This editor has learned from a source that UMC/PNS are preparing to introduce on-demand abortion service at certain PNS clinics in UMC market. PNS is Physician Network Services subsidiary of UMC that attempted to prevent public record on PNS salaries from being released to LCR. Texas AG ordered those documents released earlier this year. PNS is currently building state-of-the-art clinics that could include in-house pharmacies in many locations throughout West Texas. PNS is allegedly a non-profit entity but UMC guarantees any losses incurred thus making it a dependent on taxpayer supported UMC. This abortion-on-demand service is thought to only exist at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center OB/Gyn clinic. It as well is a publicly subsidized operation. PNS pays is staff doctors over $200,000 per year in salary and pharmacists at UMC are paid $50-$60 hourly. It appears that PNS(UMC) are now poised to go into BOTH pharmacy and abortion business for additional revenue.

This editor has contacted an unidentified health care worker inside UMC/PNS. This nurse has indicated that PNS will have to become "abortion certified" once the health care reform bill is enacted. At this time UMC/PNS are NOT performing abortions according to Greg Bruce at UMC or PNS. This editor simply said "poised to go into" the abortion business. Page 110 of the Health Care bill currently being debated requires all health facilities receiving public funds to be "abortion certified". LCR did NOT say UMC is performing abortions but source indicated UMC/PNS would have to be "abortion certified". Greg Bruce continues to make false accusations against LCR because only LCR(this editor)exposed the lavish spending,political hocus pocus and criminal harassment by Greg Bruce and other UMC employees like Dennis Kelley. Mr.Bruce is documented to have made a "false police report" making a slanderous accusation against this editor earlier this year. LCR will continue to cover UMC/PNS/Lubbock County even though Greg Bruce/Patti Jones/county workers in general continue to harass this editor on emails.

Republican judge announces for re-election

Brad Underwood announced he will seek an umpteenth term as judge. Underwood has a problem with court suits like 2 with Kevin Overstreet's wife for "touchy/feely" accusations. Underwood is a republican as are most of the "sleazy elected officials" at Lubbock County. Underwood was seen by this editor at most recent Lion's Club Pancake Festival. Hopefully someone will run in the republican primary against Underwood but that could be a longshot. Local republican party is virtually leaderless with Chris Winn/Irene Howell and local activists like Mikel ward and AFIIG take no interest in county elections.
