5.Heenan Johnson,III(UMC Board member) - $250

In 2006 Mark Heinrich AND Patti Jones were both up for re-election. Here's who they took money from and later voted to increase UMC taxrate and boondoggle budget.

Texas Tech to gouge tuition rate at twice the rate of inflation

Texas Tech tuition and fees will likely be set today near a mark agreed upon earlier this year, two university officials said. The Tech System Board of Regents will meet this afternoon to set rates for the 2009-10 academic year. Regents earlier this year agreed to raise tuition and fees no more than 9.9 percent at Tech. A nearly 10 percent increase would mean Texans would pay about $3,892 per 15-credit semester, an overall increase of $351, according to information provided by Tech officials.______(Marlena Hartz AVALANCHE-JOURNAL copy)
______
Texas Tech Board Regents that includes Monterey "Peon" Mark Griffin will probably raise tuition 9.9% which is legal limit since legislature has capped yearly "rip-off rate" increase at 10%. Kent Hance has now proven that his administration is truly greedy, irresponsible and unfit to manage a large business subsidized by state taxpayers. Mark Griffin and Nancy Neal are local Hance groupies on the board and both are "big joke" as Hance's management virtually has puppet strings attached to Board of Regent members. Local media continues to "kiss Hance's rear" in their coverage.
