Lubbock paid his family $49,000 from an insurance policy but it cost taxpayers $222,000 in outside lawyer fees to negotiate the $49,000 settlement. Tasers should be removed from policeman's arsenal. They have gun,pepper spray,nightstick and handcuffs. 4 weapons should be plenty. Some cops are so physically unfit they can't handle unruly citizens. Once citizens start carrying personal tasers,they are now available,cops may get tasered them self. It's just a matter of time till somebody tasers a cop in self defense.
