Loudmouthed old lady gets tased for not signing speeding ticket

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - She dared a deputy constable to shock her with a Taser. So, he did. Video released by a Travis County Constable's Office shows Deputy Chris Bieze confronting 72-year-old Kathryn Winkfein after stopping her for speeding on May 11 just outside Austin. Video from a camera mounted in the deputy's car shows Winkfein cursing and challenging the deputy and even daring him to use the Taser on her.

This old lady was speeding,refused to sign a ticket and got out of control with her mouth. Video showed has her being tased and she fell down. Old ladies with big mouths can get in "big trouble".

TABC officer arrested on sexual assault charge

LUBBOCK, TX (KCBD-TV) - A Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent has been arrested and charged with two counts of sexual assault, and one count of official oppression. On Tuesday, 40-year-old Agent Joe Chavez, Jr. was arrested and taken to the Bastrop County Jail and is currently being held on a $225,000 bond for an alleged sexual assault during a minor sting operation in May. The criminal investigation is being conducted by the Bastrop County Sheriff's office and the Texas Rangers. Chavez has been placed on leave without pay. Additionally, the agency has suspended minor sting operations statewide pending a review of agency policies and procedures.____(KCBD TV copy)

McDougal has a unique relationship with local republicans and Lubbock City Hall.

McDougal Properties has the 6th Floor of Wells Fargo Building leased to City of Lubbock for LEDA/Visitors Bureau for $155,000 a year. The taxbill for the entire building is only $100,000 dollars so city lease foots bill for McDougal Properties taxes plus a $55,000 surplus to pay other McDougal expenses.

McDougal Properties gets $150,000 a month to NEGOTIATE Alan Henry pipeline right-of way from property owners. That $150,000 a month is realtor fee.

Marc McDougal is on Board of Managers at UMC and got his republican buddies to raise taxes on the taxpayers for more hospital subsidy and then got his republican buddies on hospital board to rent a "SkyBox" at Texas Tech for $3,000 a month(year round)so his republican buddies could use skybox for free drinks and food paid for out of UMC revenue.
Marc McDougal also got his republican buddies to pay out $2.3 MILLION in bonuses to UMC staff including a $27,850 bonus to David Allison(UMC CEO)after Allison delivered a "cute" $500 payment to Patti Jones(Marc McDougal crony).

All of this wheeling and dealin' by McDougal Properties and owners thereof.
