Local horse trainer commits suicide during police chase

CH.11 is reporting that Mark Stowe has died from a self inflicted gunshot wound during a Lubbock County Sheriff Deputies' chase on an outstanding warrant. Stowe was a respected horse trainer and appeared at many functions sharing his knowledge and expertise with horses. This is a real tragedy. Many local horses are in need of Stowe's touch.
