Steve McNair victim of murder-suicide in Tennessee

Former Tennessee Titans quarterback Steve McNair was killed in an apparent murder-suicide with a young woman who worked at an Opry Mills restaurant and had been dating him for months. McNair, a hometown hero who did extensive charity work in Nashville, had several gunshot wounds, including one to the head. He was found on the sofa of a Second Avenue condominium that he rented, police said. Sahel Kazemi, 20, was found on the floor near him with a single gunshot wound to her head. This story started yesterday at 1:30PM on 4th of July. By 9PM police in Nashville were misinforming the people saying it was not a murder-suicide and McNair had been shot several times and Kazemi once. Factual report was issued at 10PM last night revealing McNair had in fact been shot several times,once in the head, and Kazemi was found near McNair,who was on couch,with one shot to her head and gun used near her body. It's being reported they dated for several months and he bought her new car and she was arrested for DUI earlier in the week and he bailed her out of jail. McNair's wife said she had not seen him for several days prior to July 4th so it appears his marriage was unstable. This is a sad way for a great football player's career and life to end. He leaves a widow and several children and heartbroken Oilers/Titans fans.

UPDATE

TMZ has posted several pictures they received of McNair/Kazemi vacationing somewhere 3 months ago. A message board at The Tennessean has an entry that says "McNair's had pending divorce case in a judge's system and McNair's $3 MILLION home is currently on the market". An interview with Kazemi's sister that is actually her aunt claims Kazemi was not unhappy with her relationship with McNair. This interview reveals Kazemi is/was of Iranian descent. It appears Steve McNair has been murdered by his Iranian girlfriend.
