KCBD and Government Disinformation

James Clark was hired to produce the "alleged news" at KCBD NewsChannel. KCBD isn't actually a NewsChannel it's an NBC "joke" affiliate. James Clark was at KAMC some years ago and more recently at 1420 NewsRadio. Clark was a known grandstander and was used by LPD and Sheriff's office as the official source for "leaks" at both. Recently Clark got a koali bear story that turned out to be a coati. KCBD looked foolish and now are claiming Kevin Overstreet used term Koali. Mr.Overstreet is not that dumb and knows a koali when he sees one. Just this week James Clark was putting out false information that Texas Tech was raising tuition 9.9% when in reality it is a 13.11% tuition increase. Clark now is blaming Sally Post at Texas Tech for the false number of 9.9% when Sally Post is NOT the public information officer,Victor Mellinger is,their legal counsel. James Clark failed to get public record on the tuition increase and put out the "Tech Disinformation" figure and mislead the viewers and public about the tuition increase. This editor forwarded actual public record on the tuition and fees increases to James Clark and Dean Myatt and James Clark sends an abusive email reply that I will not print. James Clark got CAUGHT misinforming the public and he got caught "redhanded". KCBD should be called "Government Disinformation Station",the ones not to be believed.____(Ch.11 screen capture)
